In my early days of crystal collecting, I spent countless hours in bookstores and online, trying to learn everything I could. I searched every retail store far and wide for the next unique specimen to add to my growing collection. But as my passion grew, I discovered a frustrating reality: high-quality, authentic minerals were not only rare but also incredibly expensive. Still, I was determined, continuing to build my private collection and expand my knowledge of every mineral I could find.

I’ll never forget my first visit to the international Tucson Gem, Mineral, and Fossil show in 2011. I was in complete awe. There were countless vendors from all over the world, spread across dozens of shows around the city, all sharing their most precious finds.

It was in that moment that I saw a golden opportunity. With a background in e-commerce and a deep understanding of how difficult it was to find and afford these raw mineral specimens, I found the courage to start my most challenging yet rewarding project ever.

During that first trip to Tucson, and on many trips after, my team and I connected with like-minded people from faraway places who shared our passion. Today, these individuals are part of our trusted team, enabling our global sourcing network to reach some of the most exotic and isolated locations in the world.

By building positive relationships with mine-direct partners and using technology to bridge the distance, we made it our mission to share the earth’s natural treasures with you.
